Own the marketing execution, loyalty programs, partner network, and events that drive traction across the Cookies Jamaica business. You manage the full customer acquisition and retention cycle — from first impression to repeat purchase — and you own every activation from planning through delivery.
WHAT YOU OWN
Marketing Execution
Run day-to-day marketing across social, email, in-store and digital channels. Work with the design and content team to ship on calendar and on brand. Convert activity into measurable outcomes. Footfall, sell-through and repeat purchase are the numbers that matter.
Loyalty Program
Own and grow the Join the Movement program end to end. Drive signups, manage communications, and build the repeat customer base across both store locations and delivery.
Partner & Affiliate Programs
Build and manage the driver outreach and engagement program. Develop and maintain relationships with Airbnb hosts, hotel concierges, tourism operators and villa managers. Turn partner relationships into attributable revenue.
Events
Own event execution from brief to breakdown — vendors, logistics, on-site coordination and delivery. CanEx Caribbean Wellness Summit, October 2026, is the primary deliverable this year. In-store activations, pop-ups and brand moments fall under this seat.
WHO YOU ARE
Marketing-led with a clear instinct for conversion and traction. Relationship-driven — you build partner networks through presence and follow-through, not cold decks. You own execution. Events and programs run because you made them run. Based in Jamaica, mobile across locations, on site when it counts.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Loyalty program membership and repeat purchase growing month over month. An active partner network generating attributable foot traffic and sales. Events delivered on time, on budget, on target. Marketing output consistent, on brand, and converting.
COMPENSATION
Monthly consultant contract. Commensurate with experience.
